We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. Must be professional in demeanor, have a positive attitude, and possess strong administrative skills.
- Bachelor degree required
- Provide full administrative support
- Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work overtime as required
- Team-player who is outgoing and personable with a can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
